Noble Elementary School

Noble Elementary School, 1987

When I started second grade at Noble, it was a brand new school. The unusual achitectural style still looks good today. This picture was taken in 1987. Since then the principal's office has been remodelled, and the overall appearance of the school has improved. In fact, aside from looking smaller than it did when I went there, the school looks better now than it did then. And despite being encroached on by suburban sprawl from the west, the school still has open views of the eastern foothills, giving it a unique character.
